Rather than charging on a ‘per tonne’ basis, we will review your drawings and provide a formal quote for the project. We will also discuss timescales with you at that time along with advising of any further information that will be required. This enables you to proceed with full knowledge of the costs as well as confidence that you will receive the required information within the timescales of your project.
We are happy to communicate by telephone, email or Teams / Zoom meetings in order to keep you updated and to resolve any queries that arise during the project.
We are delighted to have recently received our ISO9001 accreditation. This accreditation, following external audits, demonstrates that our processes and systems ensure that we provide the highest levels to our clients.
Along with providing complete drawing packages for projects, we are also happy to work alongside your drawing team to provide additional resources during periods of high demand. We would be more than happy to discuss your requirements in this respect and can charge on an hourly basis for this service.

- We will discuss the project with you prior to commencing work in order to understand and agree timescales even for the most urgent jobs in order to ensure that we meet or exceed client expectations.
- In line with our ISO9001 accreditation, we have established processes to ensure that each project progresses smoothly and the client is updated regularly.
- Each project will be allocated to a dedicated team with appropriate experience and technical knowledge.
- We are always available to discuss projects with our clients by telephone, email or using video conferencing technology to ensure that the project runs smoothly and any changes to the project are fully understood by ourselves and the client.
- We operate on fully licensed software including Tekla, Inventor and Advanced Steel.
- Whilst we have standard drawing packages that we issue, we are always happy to be flexible and ensure that drawing are issued to our clients in whatever format suits them or their fabricators and erectors best.
